All DPD Next-day Orders, placed before 2:00 pm Monday – Friday will be dispatched on the same day. All orders made during UK Bank Holiday periods will be dispatched the following working day. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship orders to PO boxes or Armed Forces addresses. All delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. • Royal Mail Tracked Shipping on all orders under £25.00 (2-5 working days) = £1.99 (Upgrade to DPD Next Day delivery = £3.99)
• Royal Mail Tracked Shipping on all orders between £25.00- £50.00 (2-5 working days) = FREE (Upgrade to DPD Next Day delivery = £3.99)
• DPD Next Day delivery on all orders over £50.00 (Next working day Mon-Fri) = FREE
• DPD Saturday Delivery (Order must be placed before 2:00 pm on a Friday) = £9.99

*Orders placed on Friday before 2:00 pm and shipped by DPD Next Day delivery will arrive on Monday.

• Royal Mail Standard Shipping on all orders under £25.00 (5-7 working days) = £1.99

EXPORT & TAXES

Duties and taxes are beyond our control as they are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country and are to be paid by the receiver. International customs offices will claim tax on parcels imported from the UK, which the recipient is responsible for paying. We highly recommend reading our EXPORT & TAXES page to learn more about checking any potential import fees. If the recipient refuses the delivery, the refund for the order will be processed after the parcel has been returned to and received by the sender. Delivery fees are not refundable in this case.

USA

All Orders placed to USA addresses will be dispatched with either Royal Mail or UPS depending on the delivery location and the items purchased.

• Express Delivery on all orders under $200 (3-7 working days) =  $20.00
• Express Delivery on all orders over $200 (3-7 working days) = FREE

EUROPE (INC. REPUBLIC OF IRELAND)

All Orders placed to European addresses will be dispatched with Royal Mail, DPD or UPS depending on the delivery location and the items purchased.

• Express Delivery on all orders under €150 (3-10 working days) =  €15.00
• Express Delivery on all orders over €150 (3-10 working days) =  FREE

NORTHERN IRELAND

All Orders placed to destinations throughout the Rest of the World will be dispatched with either Royal Mail, UPS & TNT depending on the delivery location and the items purchased.

• Express Delivery on all orders over $500 (3-7 working days) =  FREE

Delivery to Ukraine, Russia, and Belarus has been temporarily suspended due to the unfolding events in these locations. We are monitoring the situation and will resume delivery into these areas as soon as possible. Due to difficulties with customs, we have had to discontinue shipping to UAE, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, China, and The Crimea / Sevastopol region. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

LOCAL COLLECTION

Did you know you can collect online orders from our Head Office? To collect an order please email our Customer Support Team with your Order Number to receive A collection time. If you want to collect on the same day, collection orders must be placed before 1:00 pm (Monday – Friday).

Please do not turn up to collect your order without a time confirmation from our team as your order may not be ready. We are not open for collections at the weekend or on UK bank holidays. We will hold collection orders for 14 days. If your order hasn’t been collected within this timeframe your order will be cancelled and refunded.
