Shelf Life

• Unopened: 2 years
• Once opened: 3 - 6 months (if stored in a cool dry place avoid heat and light, it is likely to be 6 months)
• The convenient individual sachet design ensures complete hygiene and a longer shelf life. Each sachet can be multi-used for 2 clients. Once you open the sachet, you can use it within 48 hours for treatment purposes and 7 days for patch testing purposes. Diligently tested and favoured by beauty professionals and training academics in the UK and worldwide.

All DPD Next-day Orders, placed before 2:00 pm Monday – Friday will be dispatched on the same day. All orders made during UK Bank Holiday periods will be dispatched the following working day. Duties and taxes are beyond our control as they are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country and are to be paid by the receiver. International customs offices will claim tax on parcels imported from the UK, which the recipient is responsible for paying. If the recipient refuses the delivery, the refund for the order will be processed after the parcel has been returned to and received by the sender. Delivery fees are not refundable in this case.

Delivery to Ukraine, Russia, and Belarus has been temporarily suspended due to the unfolding events in these locations. LOCAL COLLECTION

Did you know you can collect online orders from our Head Office? To collect an order please email our Customer Support Team with your Order Number to receive A collection time. If you want to collect on the same day, collection orders must be placed before 1:00 pm (Monday – Friday).
